Game meat and local products in our kitchen
In our restaurant Jägaren our skilled chefs offer carefully prepared dishes inspired by nature. We are extremely proud of the high-class ingredients that come from our surrounding forests and lakes. Just as important as most things being locally produced, is the handling of the meat. The wild game meat is taken care of in our very own slaughterhouse.
