As close to your own chef as you can get

Wouldn’t it be exciting to settle down at a table in the dining studio at Öster Malma where chef Fredrik Rickardsson prepares a wildly inspired 4-course dinner? You will have a unique dining experience and also the opportunity to learn some cooking tricks from our award-winning chef. Fredrik has cooked dinner for the King and Queen, worked on Eriks, Gondolen and Fredsgatan 12 and guest-starred on a number of Michelin bars in London, Milan and Paris. In addition, he also has three Olympic Games and five World Cup medals in the Culinary World Cup.

As usual, he will serve a menu focusing on game from the Sörmland forests controlled and prepared in our own slaughterhouse. We can accommodate up to 24 people. You can reserve the entire dining studio with your company, good friends or just as many places as you want. In order for you to enjoy our specially selected wines, we suggest that you also book a place in our newly renovated rooms. But of course you can only enjoy dinner at the table if it suits you better.
